As you can read/see, I've been on quite a basketball kick lately. Here's another good one from Steve Nash, but you're going to need a partner or at the very least a wall for this one. I'm not sure why he calls it ball drop instead of ball toss, but he is Canadian after all. This one is also good for agility and reaction time training as well, not just basketball.
