Single Leg Dumbell Squat
I do this one in my basement. I have two 45lb dumbells, 40lb weight vest and I weigh 180. Since it's only one leg we can add 90lbs for body weight. basically like a 220lb squat with very little equipment and it's better than a normal squat because it requires more balance, more core stability, and works each leg individually.
